做有温度的办学,让教育更暖心


——济南市慧思顿高瞻幼儿园家访侧记

 

     摘要:在这个可以微信和电话沟通的时代,为什么高瞻学校的老师们仍然会选择家访这种方式呢?

一场走心的家访,可以让冷冷的“键对键”变成暖暖的“面对面”;让电话、网络上的寥寥数语变成一次真挚的握手,一个会心的微笑,一场真诚深入的促膝谈心;让教育更有温度。


 Content Briefing: In this technological era where WeChat and phones can be used for communication, why do Highscope program teachers still choose to conduct home interviews? A round of heartfelt home interviews can turn a cold “key to key” relationship, where the only communication between parents and teachers are hard exchanges of key points, into a warmer “face to face” relationship. Let the minimal words spoken through the phone and sent through the internet turn into a sincere handshake, an understanding smile, and a deep and honest conversation that brings people closer. Let education gain a warmer side. 


  

Part 1 高瞻特色环节

 

    “计划—工作—回顾”是高瞻课程的特色环节,它包括主动参与学习的所有要素。 

    “Plan – Do – Review” is a unique aspect of Highscope learning. It involves taking initiative to actively participate in all parts of learning.  



 

    儿童在其中发展的能力,诸如积极主动、独立解决问题、与他人合作、积累知识和技能等,会一直延续并影响接下来的学校学习,甚至是他们一生的思考和行动模式。

 

     Children will develop abilities during this process such as increased proactivity, independent problem solving skills, collaboration and teamwork skills, as well as accumulate knowledge and skills in various specific areas of study. The methods of learning they will be immersed in through this program will continue to influence them through the next stage of their learning at their next school. These learning methods may even stay with them for the rest of their life in the way they think and act. 


Part 2 高瞻家访中的PDR

  

P:计划时间 (Planning Activity Time)

   

    计划是这一特色环节的第一部分,在这个时候,幼儿会表达,在工作时间(选择,想要)计划做什么。 

 

     Planning is the first step in this specialized method. During this time, children will express what they plan to do during the working period. Emphasis is placed on what they want to do and what they choose to do.  

 

     那么济南市慧思顿高瞻幼儿园的老师们是怎么做计划的呢? 

 

     So how do Wits Town Highscope Kindergarten teachers make their plans? What are the teachers’ planning processes?  


 

    在家访活动前,老师们进行了小组讨论与教研,细致全面地计划家访工作,提出具体的要求。各级部的老师进行了新生家访主题研讨。

 

    Before visiting the childrens’ homes, the teachers researched and created a comprehensive plan, which put forth specific requirements for the home visit. Teachers at all levels of the department participated in this discussion. 

  


 

    研讨中,老师们用思维导图的形式,就家访调查表内容、家访时间安排、家访中需注意的事项等问题进行了详细讨论。

 

    The teachers used the brainstorming method of mind mapping to discuss in detail the contents of the home visit questionnaire, the schedule of home visit, and the matters that needed attention in the home visit.  


 

    每个班级的老师在家访前,提前通过电话、网络平台等多种渠道与家长取得联系,以确保家访时能够见到每一位幼儿。

 

    The teachers of each class got in touch with the parents before the home visit, to ensure that every child would be able to participate.  


D:工作时间(Working Time)

 

    小班和小小班教师对新生进行家访活动,大部分孩子没有接触过幼儿园,这次有效地帮助家长了解幼儿园、了解老师,建立信任感。 

 

     Nursery and kindergarten teachers initiated the home visiting activities for the new students. Most of the parents and their children were not familiar with the teachers and the curriculum of Wits Town Kindergarten. The home visits thus, effectively helped parents to understand the kindergarten, understand the teacher, and build a sense of trust.  


 

    宝宝们也在这次家访中和老师们进行了互动,对缓解幼儿入园焦虑,尽快适应幼儿园生活有着重大的意义。

 

    The children also interacted with the teachers in the home visits. This helped to alleviate the anxiety of the children entering the kindergarten and adapt them to the kindergarten lifestyle as soon as possible.  

 

     中、大班教师在家访过程中,重点从如何进行幼小衔接方面与家长进行了交流。 

 

     In the process of visiting the homes, the teachers of middle age and upper age classes focused on communicating with their parents about the best ways to connect with their children and how to help them adapt to a school environment.  


 

    教师们详细地向家长介绍了慧思顿高瞻课程体系,从幼儿的社会发展和合作能力方面进行了深入探讨。

 

    The teachers also introduced the Highscope high range curriculum to the parents, and had an in depth discussion with them about the social development and cooperation ability of their children.  



 

    除此之外,外教介绍了高瞻课程里特有的英文字母链,鼓励新生在提供的字母链范例中选择喜欢的字母链。

 

    这对于提升孩子的语音意识、字母知识等语言读写与交流能力都起到了重要作用。 

 

    In addition, the foreign teachers introduced English alphabet chain specific to the highscope curriculum, encouraging new students to choose their favorite chain letters as in the example provided. 

 

     This played an important role in improving the child’s phonological awareness, literacy and communication skills of language such as letters.  

 

R:回顾时间(Recall Time)

 

    “温故而知新”,高瞻回顾时间是一天中最关键的时刻。 

 

     According to the Highscope curriculum, review period is the most critical time of the day. 


    顾名思义,就是一起回顾、一起展示分享今天的活动成果,探讨今天的计划实施过程。

 

     As the name suggests, it is to collaborate and review the day’s activities together, share the outcome of the activities and discuss the implementation of the plan.  

 

    我们来看看高瞻的老师们怎么做的吧! 

 

     We take a look at how highscope teachers do it. 


 

     教师们一起整合家访中的各项材料与照片,并做了记录和研讨。

 

     Teachers work together to integrate materials and photos from home visits. The teachers made notes and discuss with each other.  


Part 3 主动学习,守护童心

 

    主讲们和家长亲切交谈,外教与孩子快乐游戏。 

 

      While the foreign teachers and children played games, the class teachers and parents had a cordial conversation.  

 

     此次家访活动,各班教师诚恳地听取了家长对老师及幼儿园的一些建议和希望,济南市慧思顿高瞻幼儿园将坚持不懈地把家园共育工作深入持久地开展下去。 


     For each home visits, the parents sincerely shared suggestions and hopes for the teachers and kindergarten. Wits Highscope Kindergarten will continue to carry out the work of home-based education in a deep and lasting manner.
